A very special kind of family concert!
The pianist Elisaveta Blumina has been regarded as an outstanding representative of an entire generation of pianists, and not just since she was awarded the ECHO Klassik prize in 2014. Her 36 CDs have cemented her reputation as an exceptional performer and conductor.

And her son (born in 2004) has obviously inherited all of his mother's great musicality and virtuosity.
With Emanuel Blumin-Sint, the bassoon is anything but grumpy or even grandfatherly - on the contrary: he shows how light and brilliant a bassoon can sound.
Over the past five years, he has won 16 (!) first prizes at international competitions and, just a few months ago, was successful at the prestigious Werner Pichner Prize. He has already performed as a soloist at the Berlin Philharmonic, the Elbphilharmonie, and recently at Carnegie Hall in New York.
